"This site is in NO WAY official, political, affiliated or non-affiliated with any other Meibukan site, dojo, persona, etc.

This is a site that is designed mainly for the telling about my teacher and his dojo, myself as his deshi, and the other

students in the Okinawa dojo as members of my teacher's karate family.  There will be lots of pictures and stories about

friends of ours from many different systems; lots of which will be interesting from a training and studying standpoint, but

some will be on a more fun and personal level for those actually 'involved.' Any and all information about other, past and

present, Goju-Ryu / Meibukan people, dojo, sites, will be for the specific purpose of dissemination of factual information

about Meibukan Goju-Ryu and other related systems, people, dojo, etc. This information will be given in the sincere effort

to give a clear picture of where my teacher and his system came from, and allow us, as modern students of karatedo, to

decide where we want to take ourselves and our training in the future. To me, the point of having these internet sites is to

make friends, share information, and strengthen ALL of our systems; this can only be achieved when we are strong

enough (GO) to stick by our beliefs, regardless of ridicule and harassment AND yielding (JU) enough to open our

hearts and minds to other opinions and assessments so that we may learn from the perspectives of others. Please enjoy

this site as it is intended--for fun, learning, and the strengthening of OUR systems of karatedo."
